Working Together

We’ll guide and support you through the planning process, however you make the final decisions. You will choose the vendors and services and we will help bring everything together. Vendor agreements and payments are made directly with each service provider.

To ensure a smooth wedding day, we’ll need the names, contact information, and final schedule for all vendors at least 10 days before your wedding, or as outlined in your planning agreement. If any details change, simply let us know so we can update your timeline.

Weddings don’t always go exactly as planned. If unexpected situations arise, we’ll use our professional judgment to keep your day running smoothly while honoring your wishes whenever possible.
